Stay Laced Up! A Community Partnership between T.U.L.I.P.S. and Aspen Smith !

​T.U.L.I.P.S. is partnering with community advocate Aspen Smith, founder of Laced Up, a nonprofit that provides local youth with a new pair of shoes as a motivator to aspire toward their dreams and goals. Ms. Smith's and Laced Up's mantra is "Lacing up the community"!  We at T.U.L.I.P.S. are joining this rally call and will be "Lacing up the community" one female youth and one mentored relationship at a time.
