TULIPS understands the importance of preparing the next generation of girls to lead. As the saying goes, when a young woman is educated and equipped with the skills necessary to do so, she lifts an entire community and changes the world in the process! It is for this reason that we are committed to cultivating mentored opportunities for our young ladies to engage in leadership action within their diverse communities. Whether learning about diverse peoples & cultures, speaking at a City Council Meeting, joining a school-based student leader organization, or imagining a multi-cultural, community-based leadership project of their own, our girls receive the support and technical skills needed to plant their own seeds and watch them grow! They are amazing models of multi-cultural, multi-lingual #GirlPower and their work is in full bloom all over the Southern Nevada Valley!
