“Switching the Code” Restorative Justice for Girls and Women of Color

Changing how women and girls of color show up in spaces that are not always accepting of who they are. Switching the Code will help women and girls of color show up as their authentic selves. Unapologetically who they are by allowing them to share their life experiences as women and girls of color in a world where they themselves don’t often feel accepted, wanted or, free to be the women and girls with a life full of greatness despite what it look like.
